Every dog is an individual. Genetics, health, age, early experiences, training, environment, and the relationship with an owner can all affect behavior and needs. A BreedCue result cannot predict how a particular puppy or adult dog will behave.
Before making a decision
Meet dogs of the breed when possible. Speak with responsible breeders, rescue organizations, current owners, and a breed-experienced veterinarian. Ask about health testing, temperament, daily care, and the needs of the specific dog you are considering.
